Service Work indicates a need for the installation/repair team to be at a location to support the necessary service work that was requested. Examples of this service work could include a follow-up from a previous installation or repair work for an existing display fixture (i.e. lights not working, place and learn will not turn on, etc.)
Please note that Service Work orders exclude normal installation support, as that labor will automatically be scheduled when placing orders for display fixtures.
